3 unprotected exterior doors on a garage are damaged at bottoms from splash back. I don’t think an awning will protect new doors from same damage. Any other options/suggestions?
Also, stained front door whistles through bottom panel until duct taped during a strong north wind. Panel is not loose. Any ideas?

Tom’s Answer:
Tom: First off, I don’t know if he’s talking about the big garage doors or just walk-in doors-
Charlie: Garage doors.
Tom: … because some garages … Okay-
Charlie: The doors on the garage.
Tom: If they’re wooden, and they’re getting splashed on and an awning would be really … have to be big if you got 3 of them. I would replace those doors with metal doors, and you can paint them and …
Charlie: You’ll never know.
Tom: Yeah, and if it’s a walk-in door, use a composite material and paint it.
Charlie: Like a fiberglass or something?
Tom: Yeah.
Charlie: Okay, and then meanwhile, his stained front door whistles through a bottom panel until he ducts tapes it.
Tom: Ducts tapes it?
Charlie: He duct tapes it on [north wind 00:31]. Can you believe that?
Tom: Yeah, I’ve heard of more stranger things.
Charlie: Yeah, I use gaffer tape myself.
Tom: [crosstalk 00:40] nice. I think it’s time to get a new door. Really, I’m serious.
Charlie: No point in bringing [crosstalk 00:46]
Tom: Doors wear out. If it’s cracked, it’s cracked. The panels are shrinking.
Tom: It happens.
