Charlie: Ronnie is taking advantage of that. He’s from Tomball. He says he’s considering a patio cover tom, extending out over his backyard, about 10-12 feet, and some lighting and ceiling fans and maybe an outdoor kitchen. Who’s your recommendation on that one?
Tom: I like the way you start with, not you, but the question, starts with a ceiling fan, all of a sudden, we have an outdoor kitchen. This is a big deal.
Charlie: Oh, let me tell you, there’s a similar kinda program unfurling at Casa Deluxe, over there at my house.
Tom: Really?
Charlie: Oh, don’t get me started.
Tom: I can’t wait to join the party.
Charlie: Oh, it’s a blast, yeah.
Tom: Anyway.
Charlie: Well, it’s one of those things. It’s like everything else. It’s like picking at anything, when you do a home improvement, you’re gonna like … “Let’s get air conditioning” “Well, we need windows and if we do that, we need drapes” and “I should really paint this room” and “What about the yard that we’re gonna be looking out at?”
And it goes on and on and on.
Tom: Now, you just had air conditioners put in your home.
Charlie: We did. Absolute Comfort Air did a great job.
Tom: Okay, and you’re now talking, maybe about the same thing that this- [crosstalk 00:01:04].
Charlie: We are.
Tom: -question here.
Charlie: Yes.
Tom: Who would you call Charlie?
Charlie: You know, there’s a couple of home show pros I like. I like Family Landscapes would be my first choice.
Tom: For landscaping, absolutely.
Charlie: Another great choice would be Watts Family Pools. They do-
Tom: Oh, you’re getting swimming pool!
Charlie: They do backyards without pools.
Tom: Okay.
Charlie: But if you wanna invest in a pool, that’s a great place to go to. You can go that way.
Tom: Absolutely.
Charlie: And even TriFection. Any one of those guys can do it. I think it all depends what you’re trying to accomplish. If an outdoor kitchen is your burn, then TriFection would bump up to the top of the list with Watts. And if you’re just looking to make it pretty, then nobody makes this pretty better than Thomas over at Family Landscapes.
Tom: I think Thomas is gonna be a definite … a good advantage to have here, but when you go to add on to a house, if you’re gonna add a structure on, I think my first call would go to TriFection.
Charlie: You bet. Okay.
