How can I prevent mold/mildew from forming on the inside of the sheet metal in my shop building?
I live near the Brazos Bend Stare Park and just moved here from West Texas.
It cleans easily with a bleach/water solution and I am wondering if there is something I can coat it with to prevent it from returning.

Tom: Metal buildings, this part of the state, they sweat. You have to have insulation up against the inside. Whether it sweats on the outside or not, not a big deal. You certainly don’t want it doing it on the inside. They do make real thin vinyl-backed insulation for metal buildings. Most metal buildings come with it. I’m surprised this didn’t, but that’s the answer. Keep the air from touching the metal.
