Charlie:
Pamela from Katy says she wants to do some renovation on her house. You know, a little bit of stuff like new kitchen, a new bathroom, she wants to add a carport on the side, a porch covering for the back.
Tom:
Porte-cochère.
Charlie:
Porte-cochère, yes. Well, depends on your zip code.
Tom:
Yes, that’s true.
Charlie:
In Galena Park it’s carport. In Hunter Creek it’s-
Tom:
I’m not saying anything. I said something about the Woodlands once and we got mail for two weeks.
Charlie:
Anyway, bottom line is she’s looking for somebody who can do the whole kit and caboodle. Do you recommend that, or should she get individual people?

Tom:
That’s actually a good question. People say, “Should I piecemeal it out?” When it’s that extensive, you’re doing kitchens, bathrooms, additions to the home, roofing, painting, flooring, it’s best to get one company that’s really good at doing it. They can schedule everything and make it as painless as possible. Of course, that would be Trifection, maybe. I’ll tell you this, Trifection does super high quality stuff. Some people just want to kind of piecemeal things. They don’t do that kind of thing. It depends what the job consists of, but in most cases, you want quality 281-KITCHEN, Trifection.
Charlie:

Tom:
They have new locations?
Charlie:
Well, they’ve got-
Tom:
Nobody told me!
Charlie:
They’ve got the home one on Hollister, but now they’re got an office out in Katy, too.
Tom:
Really?
Charlie:
Yeah, a design center. Very fancy.
Tom:
I need to go see.
