… Just a builder grade. You know, just the kind you find on aisle 7. Don’t they have any of those pier beam …

Charlie:
I know when I built custom homes they went from about $150-200 a square foot. I was a builder. I don’t know, my builder grade might be different than another builder grade. Do you want a good home or a bad home? A bad home costs just as much as a good home. Especially in the long run it costs more. Get a good home. You are going to pay about that price, somewhere in there.
