Got a friend who is building a new home and has sprayed all of the attic with foam.
I went up there the other day and the temp was a cool 80°, could not believe it. It was over 100° outside, he also has a metal roof, the spray foam seem to have kept this attic cooler quit a bit compared to my 110° attic that has Polar Ply and my house is skin vented. He does have a fresh air intake so the air doest get stale in the attic area. You mentioned that Mold or Mildew could migrate with the foam but is there a better way to keep my attic cool?
