Charlie:
Louis in Southwest has a challenge. He says his sink in his guest bathroom, centrally located, twenty year old, single-story house. It’s a mystery to him. It’s filling up with water. The sink will fill up to the drain hole in about four hours. What could it be, sleuth you?

Tom:
The son came downstairs one time when he was living in my house. He said, “Dad. Is the sink supposed to fill up with water?” I said, “No.” “Well it’s been doing it for three days and it’s getting on the floor.” I said, “You’re telling me now?” What happens is the air conditioners are draining into the pea trap underneath the sinks and they’re clogging up because of the water coming from the drainage from the air conditioners, which are running like crazy. I’m going to get a lot of these calls for the next five weeks. If you put your finger, because I always say if you want to know if it’s wet stick your finger in it, put your finger in the water. It’s going to be really cold. It’s from the air conditioner. You have a clog down there and that’s why it’s filling up. Not a big deal, but it’s time to call Abacus Plumbing, which I did twice with my kids, to make sure that they had to go into the lines to clear out the drains. The water is from the air conditioner.
