Have a problem and not sure I can fix it without actually starting over from scratch.
Just bought a 2005 home, and so far everything appears to be great, except for one small problem. The master bathroom has a stand up shower, and doesn’t drain properly. Instead of the floor sides sloping inward toward the drain, the floor slopes outward toward the sides….leaving water in all corners after use, forcing me to squeegee the water toward the drain every time the shower is used. Is there anyway to correct this without actually redoing the entire shower itself? Having just purchased the house, I am not in a position to shell out huge sums of money to replace this. The sides and bottom appear to be seperate from each other (not continuous), if that helps you picture it. Would really appreciate any advice you might have on this topic.
