Hi, Linda Creswell, owner of Shelf Genie of Greater Houston. Let me tell you about some of the most common complaints we get. Many of our clients are 55 and over, as a matter of fact, the majority of our clients are 55 and over, such as myself and my designers, even some of my installers. But what we hear the most common is, “I hate getting down on my hands and knees and pulling out pots and pans.” Because not only do I have to get on my hands and knees to get them out, then I have to get back up, and that’s becoming a problem for some of us as we age in place. So, we specialize in that. We specialize in mobility issues, we have a lot of clients that are in wheelchairs, or have some type of issue that prevents them from getting in and out of their cabinets safely, and getting access to all of their items.
