Linda Creswell, owner of ShelfGenie of Greater Houston, here to talk to you about our process. What we do is, come into your home, we spend about 90 minutes roughly with you and/or your family members, getting to know you, how you use your kitchen, your laundry room, your bathroom, your garage. It doesn’t matter. We even do freestanding furniture. But we need to know where your frustrations are and how you live day to day.
And a lot of people laugh when we say, “Please don’t clean up.” We want to see the things on your kitchen counter. We want to see your frustrations. And then we sit down with you and go over a full series of photos, educating you on different opportunities. And you’re telling us, “I don’t like that. I do like that.” So, we work interactively with you on a design that works for you and/or your family.
It’s a very interactive appointment. It’s fun. At the end of that appointment, you get to see a 3D design which mimics your space, and we can show you exactly what we’re proposing, and why. And we get the quote while we’re right there with you.
