Now, what’s the difference between commercial and residential?
Chris here with Door Clearance Center. We know you come for your residential door needs, but what if you have a commercial project? We got you covered there too. So we have hollow metal commercial doors. They’re inch and 3/4 thick, 36 inch wide. We have 84 inch tall and 80 inch tall options. Now what’s the difference between commercial and residential? For one, commercial doors are always going to be inch and 3/4 thick.
Framing is another issue. Commercial doors are going to need a 4 7/8 frame typically, sometimes bigger. Why is that? Two by four framing 5/8 inch thick sheetrock. That’s commercial specific. But what if you have interior doors that you need commercial options for? We got you covered. Oak Brown, true stained finish. We have a rotary birch. You can stain or paint it.
