Windows losing their seal

As part of a pre-sale inspection, I have 2- 47″ x 70″ windows that lost their seal. Both windows have a yellowish tint. How do these windows need to be repaired?

Blaik

Tom’s Answer:

Your browser does not support the audio element.

Tom: Call a glass company and have it reglazed. The glazing in the window can be redone and you don’t have to change the windows out altogether. If you need to or want to, you certainly can just replace the window.
