Whole House Insulation

I live in Texas and we are insulating a story and a half house, 2000 square feet.

The upstairs room is totally surrounded by the attic. These kick walls will have sheetrock, then insulation R-19, and I was wondering if there was anything else I could put on the attic side on the studs to help insulate that room? The roof has radiant barrier on it. I was considering some type of foam product because of ease of use and will be in some small crawl spaces. Thank you for your time.
