Wondering if you can help me & my wife out.
She’s disabled and we’re looking into buying an indoor heated pool for her warm water therapy exercises. We live in a track-built home, just under 2000 sq ft. My question is what considerations do we need to plan for having a 7 X 7 heated pool in regular room (12 X 12)? I plan on taking out the laminate hardwood flooring & exposing the concrete. Does it need to be sealed? Should I tile the wall? Do I need some kind of ventilation system? This is all new to me so any insight is helpful.
