I am a recent widow and know absolutely nothing about home repair.
Approximately five or six years ago, we started having trouble with the foundation of a room we had enclosed for a dining area from an enclosed patio. We had a foundation company repair the foundation. In fact, they have repaired it three or four times to no avail. We had Cement Raisers pump some type of grout under the room approximately a year ago. The room has now dropped several inches, moved away from the house and is breaking off from the house at the ceiling. Could you recommend someone who can tell me how to fix this problem permanently?
