My new windows have condensation on the outside

I have newly installed double pain fiberglass windwows, finished outside, but not finished inside, and have condensation on the outside. What would cause this, will, it stop if I insulate around them.

Tom: No, the condensation on the outside . . . it’s like a beer can. It’s warm, it’s humid in Florida. The windows are getting cold and it touches that glass and it just come that has drips depends of the time of the year. There’s a lot of moisture in there that’ll happen even here in Houston too.
