Moldy bricks and caulking

I have mold growing on the bricks on my home. Should I be concerned? Should I spray it with bleach or just leave it alone?
I also have the caulking in the shower turning black. Can I just pull it out and re caulk it? What would I use to do this?

Tom: It’s up to you if you want to wash it or not. A pressure wash with just plain water will get rid of it. If it’s mildew, it’s just mildew growing on dirt. Happens to all the homes if you don’t keep them clean. House needs to be washed once a year. This is a good year to do some washing now because we had so much rain. A lot of people have a lot of green and black stuff growing on all kinds of things.

Tom: Pull it out, re-caulk it.
Charlie: What would you recommend he use?
Tom: Bath and tile caulking. It’s meant for that area. Get rid of the old stuff. Wipe it down with some mineral spirits. Re-caulk it and let it sit for about a day before you use that area so it gets time to cure.
