Is One Layer Enough?

We had about 5 gallons(per 3000 sq ft home) radiant barrier sprayed in our attic on the ceiling.

The look is opaque and very thin.

1. Is it sprayed in the proper area

2. Would it help to apply another layer?

We also have a covered back porch with bead board ceiling, can lights and ceiling fans. In the attic, there is no insulation over the porch area. It is very much a part of our large, tall, open attic. Is there something we should do? Will insulation cause moisture to collect?
