Which years was it when inferior Chinese plumbing was used in American homes?

Tom: It wasn’t plumbing, it was the drywall. If you go into the Chinese ethnics … All right this is early, but no that was the drywall. As far as imported pipe from overseas and then we’re talking about galvanized pipe that would be in the 80s … say 79 to 86.
