I have a Carrier 1995 A/C unit – the electronic ignitor will not stay lit. I need help selecting a reliable & reputable company & deciding the best system for our home – I currently have two 3 ton units for a 3000 sqft home. What factors should we include in our decision making.

Tom: Well, if it’s ignitor, it’s going to turn on only when it needs to light the furnace, but call Absolute Comfort Air. It’s easy to replace them, and they do go bad, especially if it’s an ignitor and not a glow plug, because they have moving parts. Not a big deal at all. Absolute Comfort Air.
