I’m looking for a new career path. Is there demand for Home Inspectors? If so, where can I train?

Tom: Not to make a living. It’s really tough; there’s a lot of competition and to have enough work to … Unless you’re just trying to make some, we kind of joke about beer money, on the side. To make enough to support a family, and a house, and insurance, and health care, and I can go on and on, it’s really not a great choice. I would not call it a career change; I would call it maybe a second night job or something.
Charlie: Or a retirement job.
Tom: Yeah, something like that.
Charlie: If you’re retired and you just want a job that keeps you busy.
Tom: Absolutely.
