Can my cabinets be refinished to match?

I have MDF cabinets and the drawer fronts look like the vinyl is peeling off. Can they be refinished to match? What are my best options? Who does this work?

Tom: I don’t know if they can be refinished to match, but I think they can be rebuilt, new ones, and I would call Trifection Kitchen and Baths and see if they can handle redoing that whole cabinet front with new skins, new doors, and new drawer fronts.
Charlie: Even with an MDF cabinet they would what, dig then replace …?
Tom: They put skins on it.
Charlie: They’re going to replace the doors and drawers anyway …
Tom: Doors and drawer fronts will be built out of solid wood. The cabinets themselves will be stripped and they will be reskinned like they did at my house. It was gorgeous.
