Best wood flooring

We have been looking at wood flooring..solid and engineered…we have also been checking with the BBB on different companies that sell and install flooring..it has been very disheartening…it seems that most are just terrible standing behind their product and customer service…we were hoping you could give us a referral on a company we can have some confidence in?

Tom: Oh, I have no problem either way. I like the engineered floors, especially if you’re putting it on a concrete slab, do a floating floor, as opposed to a glue-down. I stay away from traditional that’s not sealed on all sides. Engineered floors are finished on all edges and sides, so they stay very stable. Our friends at Texas Floors, I think you’ll find they’ll do a very good job for you and will stand behind their work. I don’t know how they are at the Better Business Bureau, but you can certainly find out.
