Best Way to Repair a Clog

This clog is ruining my life.

I have a clog in PVC sewer line running under concrete slab from kitchen and laundry room. This causes the discharge from the washing machine to back up into the house. Our options given to us by one company is to break the slab to repair, tunnel under house and replace, or reroute around the house with new pipe. It’s a 2 inch line which is approximately 3/4 full of water in areas based on camera inspection. What is the best method to repair? Don’t think breaking slab is a good idea.
