Best product for cleaning oak floors?

What is best product to use on hardwood oak floors for weekly cleaning? Floors have been cleaned with orange glow and pet accidents have created a messy residue buildup in spots on floors.
Also just had Italian Porceline tile floors cleaned and color sealed grout. Told only to use water or low ph balanced cleaner very diluted. Can you recommend a cleaner for these floors as well?

Tom: Orange Glow is a product a lot of people use. There’s a lot of hardwood floor cleaners. You spray it down, and you use what’s called a Sh-Mop. I didn’t name it. It’s just what it is. It’s a terrycloth mop that has … You put the terrycloth cover in the wash when it gets dirty. You spray this stuff down. It’s not a water-base, because most of these floors have a urethane on them. It will clean them.
Let’s take it back. Looks nasty, pet mistakes. Usually we put a plus there, a line underneath means equal, and it says refinishing, to refinish them. Pet mistakes are not very forgiving when it comes to wood floors.
