We built our home in Cove, TX 6yrs ago and the first cold spell following the move-in I noticed the master bedroom was colder than the rest of the house.
I called the builder and make a long story short, he was no help. After my own investigation, I found they missed insulating the attic over the bedroom. I can’t believe the home inspector missed that, my guess he never went to back of attic, was very obvious. Builder sent out isulation company who blew insulation in attic over bedroom. Although it helped, the bedroom is still approx 3 degrees colder in winter and warmer in summer! Any suggestions on what it could be? How can I keep it the same temperature as the rest of the house?
