Is this advice crazy?
House built 1982 original compressor still works fine. Advice I’m getting is to replace system coil & compressor. I plan on selling house in 5 yrs or so don’t feel like buying an expensive system is a wise choice.
I’ve looked into 2-speed. Is this a good choice for Houston area? Worth the extra money over single speed?
What is a good middle of the road brand for both 1 speed & 2 speed?
House is 2800 sq ft, 2 story, and it has a 5-ton unit now.
