Charlie: Rose in Spring has written to us. She says Harvey flooded her home … and it’s all dried. She’s in the process of repair.
Tom: Well, good.
Charlie: But she wants to know should she sanitize the concrete before new carpet is installed.
Podcast: Play in new window
Tom: Yes. Sanitize the whole house that was under water. Absolutely. It’s nothing more than a mop, a little Consan, right?
Charlie: From the good people at Monterey.
Tom: There you go. Just follow the directions. Mop it and let it dry, and you’re good to go.
Charlie: Consan is awesome stuff.
Tom: I think so.
Charlie: You’ve talked about it for years, so much so that they came and bought advertising.
Tom: Oh, I know you like it now, too. I always like it. They didn’t have to buy advertising. But I learned about that back in early, early days with John Burrow and Bill Zach. Consan. They called it back then Triple Action 20.
Charlie: Right.
Tom: They don’t call it that now. Now it’s just Consan.
Charlie: Well, they say it will clean, it will remove all the bad juju from everything, including your tools. I didn’t know tools could collect juju, but there it is.
Tom: Me neither. But you know what sold me is when I found out they used it in hospitals.
Charlie: Yeah.
Tom: That was a good thing.
