They wanted an outdoor kitchen. That’s all they knew.

They also knew who they wanted to design this oasis.
Paul Steinkamp:
We got to hold the TriFection who had done all of our remodel in the entire house.
Jeff Roberts:
They let me design it as if I were doing it for myself.
Tom Tynan:
They must have given some input.
Paul Steinkamp:
I said, “You design it.”
Tom Tynan:
Colors, countertops?
Paul Steinkamp:
“Make it happen.”
Tom Tynan:
That’s a lot of trust to put in the hands of any contractor.
Paul Steinkamp:
And that sums it all up.
Tom Tynan:

We remodeled their master bath, totally gutted the kitchen, all new custom cabinets, countertops, remodeled a powder bath, remodeled two bathrooms upstairs …

The suggestions that he had, the suggestions that we had married really, really well.

Jeff’s vision came from a memory he had as a child.

When I saw that space in their backyard, it just reminded me of Grandpa’s gazebo and from there it was just easy. They let me design it as if I were doing it for myself.
Tom Tynan:
A tribute to the person responsible for what Jeff would become.
Jeff Roberts:
My papaw taught me practically everything that I know about construction.
