Charlie: Bradley in Lake City wants your help with his ducts, though. Who does duct work? That’s all he said, “Who does duct work?” Wouldn’t that be an AC guy?
Podcast: Play in new window
Tom: Rick, he’s the duct work-
Charlie: Yeah.
Tom: King in Absolute Comfort Air, are you kidding me?
Charlie: I was just …
Tom: He teaches his people how to do duct work
Charlie: Well, this is a perfect example of what I’m talking about.
Tom: Yeah.
Charlie: I’m like, here’s somebody who listens to the show
Tom: Absolute Comfort Air.
Charlie: And it’s like, you would think, you know, ducts, air conditioning, call Rick. So there you go.
Tom: Well, you know what it’s actually a good question, just to elaborate just a touch. In most air conditioning training programs across the county, they never hit on duct work, they only work on the equipment, they don’t get into static pressures and duct design. That doesn’t happen until years after being in the business. And that’s why Absolute Comfort Air is so cool is because … so cool, I like that. Because they go to all the seminars during the year and make sure they stay on top of the latest and the greatest and Rick is the leader in that.
