Tom: Nor does Dave Ramsey, thank you.
Charlie: Yeah, but home warranties are a bad program.
Tom: Yeah they are.
Charlie: Because they really aren’t there … The reason that company exists is because they don’t pay claims, when you get right down to it.
Tom: Yeah, and it’s just better to hold on to your money. Anything, take all the warranties in the world, put it in a bank account, and that’s your money. Chances are after 10 years, you’re gonna be ahead of the game.
