How to tell if your frozen plants have survived the freeze and what do you do if they have.

The Houston area has recently had a hard freeze, and although you may have wrapped them, you may still have frozen plants. We were wondering how to tell if plants survived the freeze and is there anything special to do if they did.

So, we contacted the head horticulturist at Hermann Park Conservancy, Dany Millikin, for the answers to our questions.
