Charlie: He had an expert, an A/C person, come out and do an air balance diagnostic. He was one of the certified techs and he found significant issues and problems. He says they’re recommending $9,800 in repairs, Tom, to his four and five-ton systems. One was replaced in 2010, the other five-ton one was put in March of 2014. Now, this A/C guy told him that most, almost all the systems he finds, Tom, over the years, have problems. They’re not installed properly.
Gary
Tom: Yeah. Okay. Thank you.
Charlie: You laughed. Explain why you laugh.
Tom: Well, this is why I always tell people. When people say, “What brand system should I get?” It’s not the brand, you’re going to hire the company. The company to install it, whether it’s 2010 or 2014, and that company you’re going to use them to maintain that system and troubleshoot it with problems throughout the life of it. You bring a third party in down the road, and they’re going to find everything wrong with it. Come on. It’s like, it’s not my work, it was their work. You bring a guy in to put it in, he’s not going to badmouth his own work. If he did something wrong, he’s going to fix it without even telling you.
