Tom: If it was going to be me doing it for them I would use number 3 rebar, crisscrossed both ways on 14 to 16 inch centers. If you use a mesh product, you want to use not the mesh roll because that just doesn’t do anything. It just gets smashed down into the dirt. You want to use the hard mesh fabric that’s doesn’t roll up, but it comes in sheets.
