What water softener system do you recommend? How about Salt Free Water Softeners?

Tom: There aren’t any that do the job that don’t use salt. Everybody is going to need salt, that’s the only way you can truly soften water and tons of research has been done and there’s a lot of products that come and go but never prove to do exactly what a water softener does. Now back to the real meat of the question is, does he need that water softener. If you’re breathing, you own a house and you’re living whether you have on demand water heater or not a water softener is recommended and once you get one you’ll understand what I mean. You’ll never go back to not having one. It not only protects your water heater, it protects your clothes, it protects your body, it protects your pipes, your dishwasher, your washing machine, you have so much less problems, so many less problems than you would if you didn’t have it, with that hard water’s very, very destructive to everything.
