Who to call for gas issues

I have a tankless indoor water heater and some of the time it won’t turn on and gives me a code P11 which the manual states it is not receiving enough gas. Who would you recommend me calling to take a look at it? A buddy told me he thought the piping to the unit was not the right size.

Tom: A lot of people don’t realize it but all gas issues are plumbers. Licensed plumbers take care of that. Of course in this case we’re going to recommend Abacus Plumbing because they’re good and they deal with on-demand water heaters all the time. It could just be a small size. It needs to be increased, the size of the pipe, or it could be a gas valve that’s kind of clogged or needs to be replaced, something like that.
