Town Home Plumbing Leak

I have a townhome in The Woodlands and the right side is connected to my neighbors home. I’ve been experiencing water in the downstairs master closet. Initially my neighbor and I thought it was from rain where the roofs joined, but the Townhome Assoc has sent out a couple of roofers to make some patches, etc.
Today I got home to find a 1/4 of water in the corner of the closet. I have a washer, tub, and shower along that wall and nobody was home between 8am-6pm. The water and baseboard damage doesn’t extend to master bathroom, but does where the washer is located and primarily in master closet (located between master bath and laundry room. The foundation does slope from master bath through closet and then laundry room. My neighbor has all of her kitchen appliances on that wall and is having problems as well.

Podcast: Play in new window

Tom: Abacus Plumbing, 713-812-7070. I’m telling you, get a plumber in, have him troubleshoot all the plumbing cause chances are that’s what it’s going to be.
Charlie: Somethings happening while he’s at work every day.
Tom: Yeah, who knows what it is but it’s something.
