Rusty HVAC Pan

Tom, there is a pipe from the soffit on the 2nd floor leaking orangeish water. I am learning this might be due to a rusty pan for the a/c unit. It has been this way for weeks now, and when I look at it, this seems like something I am not comfotable dealing with on my own. Can you say a little about this and recommend a/c contractor/service in Spring area or travel to Spring?

John

Tom: Oh call him now. I don’t know what else to say, call them now. That is an emergency drain pan the reason they put it over your head over your door is so you notice it when it starts to drip saying call them now Absolute Comfort Air it’ll be ok. If you catch it early it’s fine and don’t worry about the rust but definitely get your air conditioner fixed. Summer’s just starting.
