Charlie:
Jason, Webster is where he is. He says, “We’re wanting to add an additional space to our home, preferably a sunroom or a room above the garage, or maybe a sunroom above the garage.”
Tom:
That would be weird.
Charlie:
Anyway, he says … They were get a lot of sun.
Tom:
You would have the hottest garage in the world.
Charlie:
I’m thinking you would. Anyway, he says, “Is there a reliable company for room additions you recommend, Tom?”
Podcast: Play in new window
Tom:
Yeah. If you’re going to do a room addition. Now, a sunroom if it’s built as a regular room in the house with a lot of windows and stuff, that’s what people call Florida rooms on the east coast or sunrooms. That’s fine. If you’re talking about getting one of these prefab lean-tos like when you go to Wendy’s and you can’t sit in the front of it.
Charlie:
No, no. Just say no.
Tom:
Don’t do that. Trifection, they can definitely put a beautiful room on your home with a lot of windows, and you can it and name it, and label it anything you want. I don’t think I’d put it on top of the garage. If you wanted a room on the garage, I think it would be great.
Charlie:
It would certainly be the talk of the neighborhood.
Tom:
Yes.
Charlie:
Maybe you want to put a hot tub in there too up on top of the garage in the sunroom.
Tom:
Now you’re talking my language.
