Tom: The Villa Tile is a style of metal coated roof tiles. And they come under the Decker brand, which has been around for a long time. Now, it depends … I’m not going to tell you exactly what the cost is going to be, but it’s going to be more expensive, I’ll tell you that. It could be two to three times more expensive to get those Villa Tiles, as opposed to a fiberglass match shingle.

Charlie: Jeff and stuff.
Tom: They can be real expensive too. To you’ve got to really compare. And if you want to call Ideal Roofing and get a bid on both, I’m sure they’re familiar with the Decker products. And there are other products out there that are very similar to that too. But it is that Spanish look. It is a metal coated, so it’s light weight. But it has a coating on there to give it that old tile look that you would see in the Spanish architecture.
