Charlie: The first question from Ryan in Pasadena, is he’s wondering if after we got that cold weather last week, he’s wondering, so did he lose his plants?
Podcast: Play in new window
Tom: I don’t think so. I can tell you; I didn’t lose mine. Even my hibiscus and what not. Because of the fact that it was snow and it stuck but it didn’t get super freezing. It was an odd snow, so you didn’t have … it wasn’t 25 or 29 degrees, it was still in that low 30s for a very short time.
Charlie: And I grew up in New England, right? And you grew-
Tom: Yeah, but up north, a lot. You bet.
Charlie: And when it gets, you worry not when it snows but when it’s too cold to snow.
Tom: That’s right, and a lot of people don’t realize that. It was actually delightful, I woke my wife up at 3:00 in the morning and made her take pictures in the backyard.
Charlie: Yeah, she told us all about that.
Tom: She wasn’t real happy.
Charlie: She was so loving every minute of it. Alright.
