I have a concrete patio in my backyard. There is an 8″ drain in one corner that easily clogs with leaves whenever it rains.
It doesn’t take many leaves to clog the drain. Once the drain is clogged, the backyard quickly begins to fill with water and if the water level gets high enough, the water will start to leak into the back of my house. Other than doing my best to keep the backyard free of leaves, what other steps can I take to make the drain not clog so much?
